The upper and lower beam flanges are made of thin-section spruce/pine coniferous wood (1-2 grade according to GOST 8486-86).
The beam support is made of water-resistant plywood, FC, FSF emission class, thickness 24-27 mm.

H-20 beams are applied for formworking during erection of walls, columns and preparation of monolithic reinforced concrete structures in interstorey floors of civil and industrial construction.

Description:

H-20beams are painted using a yellow signal paint RIGON-LKM (Russia) on the entire surface, which protect them against rotting and make them resistant to the environment under operating conditions. It is possible to apply a paint with hydrophobizers (water repellent properties). A structural one-component polyurethane adhesive ProtoPUR (Russia) has been specially developed for application in the gluing production technology.

The ends of wooden H-20 beams have a special coating — a water-dispersion varnish or a protective plastic tip, protecting them from moisture absorption and mechanical damage during application.
